First Step
Complete our Property Registration Form — this can be sent by text, email, or completed over the phone. The form provides us with the key details we need to give you an estimated price. If you’re happy with the estimate, we’ll move forward. Please note, this estimate is for guidance only; the official price will be confirmed after a property visit.
Second Step
We arrange an on-site visit to assess the property and discuss your cleaning requirements in detail. During this walk-through, we address any questions you may have and review a tailored checklist to ensure every aspect of the clean meets your priorities and standards.
Third Step
We’ll provide you with a quote which is valid for 21 days, please note that the cleaning must be scheduled within 30 days of the property assessment. To secure your booking a 25% booking fee is required and will be deducted from your final bill.
Fourth Step
Once the service is complete we’ll contact you to confirm the work is finished and check that you’re happy with the service. We’re confident you’ll love the results and we’ll be here whenever you’re ready to book again!
